Returns Policy

You may return new, unused, unwashed items in their original condition within 30 days. Original condition means free of any odor, smoke, perfume, lint, pet hair, etc. Items must include original tags still intact and packaging (if applicable).

Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Deborah & Co. is not responsible for returned items we do not receive. 

When your package is received you will be sent an email. When your return is processed, you will receive an email indictating your return is "complete."

Please note: If your order was shipped with free shipping, the original shipping costs will be deducted from all returns processed for a refund. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We ship within the USA using two flat rate prices.

$4.00 for items 13 ounces and under

$7.00 for items 1 pound and over. 

For items outside of the USA shipping prices are based on purchase price.
